TTI Success Insights® DISC

DISC is the #1 behavioural self-assessment tool designed to measure four behavioural styles.
The assessment, taken by millions of people every year, is estimated to be in use by 75% of Fortune 500 companies.

What does DISC measure?

DISC explores the question: HOW do we prefer to behave and communicate?

TTI Success Insights® was the first company in the world to computerise the DISC assessment. The TTI DISC assessments is comprehensive, research-based, and user-friendly to ensure you and your respondents get the best from the experience.

The 4 core DISC behaviours measured are:

  1. Dominance – How we respond to problems and challenges.
  2. Influence – How we respond to people and contacts.
  3. Steadiness – How we respond to pace and consistency.
  4. Compliance – How we respond to procedures and constraints.

Note: The DISC report also includes the Behavioural Hierarchy: 8 sub-behavioural tendencies based on the core four behaviours.

TTI Talent Insights®

Talent Insights® is a multi-science assessment in that it combines TTI’s DISC and 12 Driving Forces® into one integrated report.
With this multi-science technology, we have more places to look for answers and a more complete framework to help
people understand themselves and others.

What does Talent Insights® measure?

The advantage of this double-science assessment is that it provides us with two perspectives:

  • HOW we behave and prefer to communicate
  • WHY we are driven to action

With this unique and powerful blend, your recruitment, management, and development activities will be well supported by research-based, validated, and most importantly easy-to-apply assessment.  This powerful combination produces a 35+ page report that covers 3 sections:

The Behaviours section – the How

  • Dominance – How we respond to problems and challenges
  • Influence – How we respond to people and contacts
  • Steadiness – How we respond to pace and consistence
  • Compliance – How we respond to procedures and constraints

The Motivators section -the Why

  • Theoretical – a drive for knowledge and learning
  • Utilitarian – a drive for practicality, value and ROI
  • Aesthetic – A drive for beauty and creative expression
  • Social – a drive for compassion and helping others
  • Individualistic – a drive for uniqueness, status and to lead
  • Traditional – a drive for unity, order, and a system for living

The Integrated section

  • An integration of the above two sections exploring consistency and if there is the possibility that one section is stronger than the other.

The report includes a detailed debrief learner workbook that encourages the learner to self-explore and uncover possible strengths that previously were not.
